All of Search Engineers' services work on a monthly membership basis, which means when you pay for a membership, you will be granted access to at least one month of our services. When you cancel your membership, your membership will cancel at the end of your monthly billing date, and you will no longer be billed for the following months.
You have 48 hours from the start of your monthly service to be eligible for a full refund. After this time, your monthly service will be in effect, and if canceled, you will no longer be billed for the following month. Full refunds are negotiable based on services actually rendered. We will communicate with you to clearly define each other's goals, deadlines, and desired milestones. If we do not meet these requirements, and you choose to no longer work with us, you are eligible for a full refund. It is your responsibility to clearly define exactly what you need from us, and it is our responsibility to clearly define what we can do and how we can do it. If for any reason our performance is unsatisfactory and you decide you no longer would like to work with us, you may submit a request for a refund by emailing with a subject line of "Refund Request".
If your return is accepted, we’ll refund your purchase on the original credit/debit card you used to make the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted without first requesting one through our email.

Exceptions / non-returnable
Any monthly service agreements completed and fulfilled by us are not refundable. For example, if you purchased a monthly service plan with us for any 30 day period, the 30 day period ended, and we have successfully fulfilled the agreed upon requirements, that 30 day period will not be refundable. Be sure to clearly explain your goals to a Search Engineers representative before purchasing a monthly plan to ensure optimal success while using our services.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
